Refund and Returns Policy

At Sneaker Haven X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return most unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

Note: We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or damaged sneakers
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

3. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want a different color, you can request an exchange within 3 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at sneakerhavenx@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  3. We’ll respond with next steps and a return shipping address

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos and order details
  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund
